I've gone back to the demon bean juice. I'm only drinking one or two cups a day, generally black, but might toss in a sugar packet if I'm feeling run down.

Good work on the exercise, I've fallen off so badly it's not funny. I last ran about a week ago and it was a measly 12km.

Keep it up!

Mel: Holy Capajoles! Long time no hear/speak/see! How the hell have you been doing?

Ayup, if I can quit, anyone can...no argument here.

Piet: Meh, like I said on the phone. If you still enjoy smoking then meh, if you hate it like I did (with the exception of that one, rare smoke) then drop it.

Truth be told, the coffee is hurting more than the smokes.

I'm in the rationalization stage:
Coffee is mostly water, and water is healthy.
I inhale more air than smoke, and air is healthy.

Keep the faith man.
