It can’t be that bad, I mean, as an undead, if you have no conciousness, you really don’t know what’s happening. So it’s still dying really. If you’re not prepared to die that’s your own karmic zen fault, not the zombies.
I’m not trying to find fault here, merely pointing out that if you have a vested interest in not joining the undead in their karmic zen shuffle then it’s best to concentrate on the essentials, and leave the flower sniffing to later.
We’ve got to put this into context. If you’re in a heavily bunkered location then by all means take some “you” time, contemplate your navel at length. If you’re standing in the middle of a large city with no shelter or supplies, perhaps now is not the best time to reflect on the fleeting beauty of nature.

Life may be fast, but if the dead are fast too then theres gonna be previous little time to get important things done, not to mention “rose smelling”.
