I ger the feeling, “Good luck, Conan.” Was cut as a tag line because the sarcasm doesn’t translate. Others include:
“…but you’re still screwed if they’re that close.”
“I just ask you drop it after you become one of them.”
“It looks cooler, too.”
and my favourite:
“Wait ’til you find out it’s decorative…”
Wild Zero is a hard act to top, this one was a little too “tongue in cheek” for me. One of the prevalent trends of recent zombie movies seems to go all out in mocking the genre.
A little cheese is ok, but if the entire film becomes a parody then it seems like a bit of a cop-out to me personally.
Sars Wars first impressions were reasonably favorable, but I’ll reserve final judgement until I’m sitting down watching it with pad and pen to hand.
I hear what you’re saying about cheese. This was the crux of the conversation I had with Will a little while ago about movies so bad they’re good.
Movies made poorly intentionally will never match “Plan 9 From Outer Space” because Ed Wood took every minute of the film completely seriously. Every that aims to beat that will automatically fail because they extra factor on Plan 9 is that he didn’t mean it to be such a massive pile of continuity errors and brie.

“walk softly and carry a big….never mind.”
“is that the undead in your pocket or are you just happy to see me.”
What’s extra cool is that he used that sword to shave his head. Thats tough!
Heh, nice one.
“Sars Wars: Bangkok Zombie Crisis”
Well spotted Grif!
What did ya think of the flick?
Yet another one I saw while drinking, it was strange but pretty funny when watched with friends.
I still say “Wild Zero” has more “WTF?!?” factor then this though.
