A little clean up, some new linkage.
Ok, time (as usual) is in short supply. The Christmas rush is almost upon me, and it involves working two jobs not shopping ’till I drop.
I have spent some time cleaning up the look of the blog, and fixing a few concerns I’ve had for a while (and just never got around to fixing), mainly brought about by a little jealousy over the look of a new addition to the blogroll. Speaking of which;
Tactical Application is a new blog by one of the Zombie Squad Survival Forum members. A clean looking blog, that already features a nice shot of his Tokarev (forgive the pun). Drop by and take a peek.
Well, you must have done something right … here we are at the last day of the month, and your site is still available! Was that sh*t luck, or have you managed to reduce the volume of traffic going out somehow?
But I do like the ‘clean’ look of your update
Hehe…just sh*t luck…
Truth be told, it was only because of the crash that i lasted this month. In the last ten days we’ve seen about 400meg in traffic, based on the pre-crash usage we’d have been shut down on the 27th or 28th, but the crash seemed to reset the bandwidth usage.
Still working on optimizing images (60% of the bandwidth is images that haven’t been moved offsite), and a few other little details to reduce the load.
The price I pay for this many visitors I guess…
It does look a little cleaner, doesn’t it? (Never was entirely happy with the old title image…it was a “quick fix” that just never got properly fixed…)
I keep clicking refresh on my browser to keep sucking you site’s time down.
I rely on your site crashing towards the end of the month so that I can get more traffic on my blog when people go “Aw hell, Ingermonkey’s Soviet ISP has crashed again…I’m bored and I’ve run out of monkey on water buffalo porn to look at on the web, so I’ll go see how many rolls of tinfoil Greg has wrapped around his head”.

I’ve no response, but thanks for the smile man.
Greg … Here’s an article for you …
