Jillian, one year in.
Last week we had Jillians one year portraits done at the local Real Canadian Superstore, a bargain deal at 3 poses for $25.00. Pictured right is my least favorite of the three, but I’ll save the two best ones until after assorted family members have received their copies (I’ve been warned about too many spoilers showing up on my blog).
Considering the source (econo-portrait) they turned out amazing, serving as a credit to both the staff photographer and to Jillian herself.
We’re due for another family portrait, but I was hoping to have that work done by a professional photographer under less “time critical” circumstances where we’re not rushing to get out of the way of another gaggle of kids, moms and distant relatives.
Wow, has it been a year already?
[As an aside, I know I’m completely biased, but she’s damn cute isn’t she?]
Well, I‘m not biased, and I think she’s damn cute!
Congrats to you and Lisa on surviving your first year as parents!!
Well guys, I think we can all agree that everybody’s prayers were answered and she got Mom’s looks.
The downside is that she may still have the dreaded Ingerman sense of humour.
Dad: Cool…I knew it wasn’t just me that thought so.
-GRIN-
Patrick: Thanks mon, now that the first year is over we get to start sleeping again, right?
Greg: No kidding. Had I posted a pic of some mini bridge-troll you’d have known she took after me.
She’s adorable, cuz. And from the few timee I’ve met her, I’ve been the Ingerman sarcasm manifest in that little smirk she’s got. She’s prepping something for you.
Yeah, prepping for a stinky load in the diaper! hehehe…
