A bit difficult to make out the details in your small photo, but it looks like the frame’s in reasonable shape. A lick of paint here and there, and it should be good to go
But … as the parts come off, finding places to keep them organized becomes an increasing problem … LOL!
You are braver than I! That’s why I have a mechanic deal with my bikes. Like Tom Cruise said in Days of Thunder when asked why he didn’t understand what they were telling him over their headsets during races: “I’m a Driver, not a mechanic!”
Good tip, however, on using tin foil to rub out ruse on chrome!
